I've varied how I've printed the specimen, sometimes it may be printed in a flattened, straightened form that highlights its clean, graphic lines or left to retain its natural flowing shape, echoing how it moves in water. This variation speaks to the organic unpredictability of the material and is part of the evolving nature of the collection.

this piece is a celebration of the natural world and its overlooked details

With a body measuring approx 16cm by 3cm this this tiny mullet was stunning

So I thought it might be fun to create some more affordable prints from the tentacles

This print measures  59x34cm

I've been printing from bees and honeycomb for a couple of years now and they always prove to be a popular subject

It also comes with a certificate of authenticity

the specimen has fresh ink applied and the pressing is done gently by hand

5cmx70cm approx  It is printed on Chinese Xuan Paper and is printed in high quality acrylic ink which is both light fast and permanent

The print is supplied unframed and is simply wrapped in an acid free tissue paper and posted in a tube
