80’s Cornflower Blue Elegant Chiffon Party Dress by Ursula Of SwitzerlandThis beautiful chiffon off (or on) shoulder style party dress is labeled a size 7 8. There are very small shoulder pads and a delicate string tie at the back of the neck so you can decide how high or low you want the sleeves to drape. The inside of the dress is lined. The top is lined in purple. Tag says dry clean only. I believe this dress to be from the 80s. The only issues I see are some very minor spots midway up on the side of the Chiffon top
inside of neck has some red marks but they don't show on the outside
Outer Sleeve: 24 1/2" - (includes 2 3/8" sleeve cuff) - shoulder seam to sleeve end
It closes with a zipper and single-button closure in the back
