Interior is a cotton canvas with two large side pockets. Short black leather covered handles with a fold over buckle closing. Leather closing is stamped A. O. Tote & Son, Nashville. Measures 13 1 2 x 12 x 6 inches. As for the condition, it does show wear on the inside. No holes or odors but the fabric shows some wear. Also some wear on the leather
