Celstab Wine Tartrate Stabilization AgentLaffort Celstab is used for wine stabilization in relation to potassium bitartrate crystallization in white wines. It is not recommended for red wines. Celstab is intended as a last treatment at least 48 hours before the final filtration and bottling of your wine. Recommended dosage of Celstab is 1 mL L of wine(380 mL 100 gallons).
